  1. A Masterclass on Using Implementation Science in Practice (faciliated by Professor Carl May, Professor Dinah Gould, Professor Josephine Hegarty, Dr Heloise Agreli)
  2. Launch of NCEC Implementation Guide and Toolkit for National Clinical Guidelines. Launch by the National Patient Safety Office of the Department of Health in conjunction with the Centre for Effective Services
