Meath PPN are delighted to invite you to our second Plenary of 2023. Member groups of the PPN consistently tell us how important these events are to network and learn form each other.

Continuing the work on building Governance structures for Meath PPN, the Secretariat will present a range of policies and procedures to further embed the Constitution of Meath PPN

A number of workshops around climate funding, community finance, insurance and mental wellbeing will also take place with an opportunity to discuss these themes further over a tea or coffee.

Information on linkage agroups and how you can get involved in the decision making process of Meath County Council will be available as well as table discussions on themes and topics from Environment and Transport to Planning and Heritage.

And some spot prizes on the night to give away to some lucky attendees.

Meath Public Participation Network

The Public Participation Network is the new way for the public to engage with the Meath County Council. Meath PPN currently has over 450 member groups from the Community & Voluntary, Social Inclusion and Environment sectors across the county.

The PPN is designed to give communities a say in how Local Government works. It gives your group the opportunity to play a part in decision making by the Council. It is a chance for your group to be better informed about the activities and services of the Council and to network with other groups in your local area, or from your sector.
