Kerry Sports Academy fitness instructors will deliver weekly sessions each week, working on aerobic endurance and strength

This programme is suitable for all ages & abilities and caters for men at a beginner level of fitness.

This programme will take place every Wednesday evening

The programme starts on the 25th of January until Wed 15th March 2023

Time: 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cost is €10 per person for full 8 weeks

Please wear comfortable clothing (shorts, tracksuit, runners) and bring a bottle of water.
