FAQ

Can I attend alone?

Yes most people attend by themselves and you will quickly connect and feel apart of the group

Do I need experience to attend?

No prior experience is needed. people who attend are all on their own journeys and at different stages. All levels of experience are welcome

I cant make the whole weekend is that an option?

Some people can only arrive Saturday morning and that is no problem but you will miss the group introductions and first night practices. Some people need to leave Sunday early and that's not a problem.

What do I need to bring?

All food is provided but do bring snacks or anything you wish to eat between meals or share. Yoga mat, towel, journal and pen, walking shoes, rain-gear incase of bad weather.
Do I have to partake in all practices.

We encourage men to take part in everything but it is your choice to sit out anything if you so wish.



Cancellation policy

  • To book a place on our retreat, a non-refundable deposit of 200 euro is required
  • Full payment is required one month before the retreat.
  • 1 months notices for any transfers or refunds otherwise full amount will be charged.
  • transfer to another retreat requires 100 admin surcharge fee and 1 months notice is required before the start date.

*Please note: This is not a psychedelic retreat! These Men's retreats are strictly substance-free. No illegal activity takes place on these retreats and no Irish laws are broken.
