Would you know what to do in a Mental Health crisis?
Mental Health First Response is an early-intervention training programme that teaches the practical skills needed to support someone experiencing a mental health crisis.
This is a certified training course and participants will receive certification from ProTraining once training is completed.
This Mental Health training course uses the REACH APPROACH

E - Empathise
A - Approach
C - Communicate
H - Help available
