About this event
Mermazing is live mermaid performance show. Visitors will be seated while viewing the mermaids swimming in their mermaid tank. Seating will be limited to ensure that everyone gets an up close, personal mermaid experience. We ask all visitors to enter the building 30 minutes before their show start time (but no earlier than this to allow for guest turnover) .
We have a mermazing waiting lobby for our guests to wait comfortably ,where we will have slushies, mermaid balloons, wristbands , tea & coffee for sale at our mermazing kiosk. There will also be a mermazing photo booth in our lobby where you can purchase a photo with one of our beautiful mermaids !
There will be a designated entrance door from the lobby into the mermaid room, and a seperate exit door from the mermaid room back out into our lobby. We ask guests to be mindful of this entry and exit system to ensure the smooth flow of customers through our venue.

yes, there is free parking for all of our visitors. There will be a designated parking area for mermazing , and a sign directing you to this parking area.
Due to the very limited seating at each mermazing show, there will not be any refunds offered .In the unlikely event of an unforeseen cancellation, then a refund will be issued to all ticket buyers. In the unlikely event of a postponement , then a new show date, or a full refund will be offered.
There is no ATM. we will take cash or card payments.
Yes, there is the Ark family entertainment centre next door, with soft play, cafe, playground and more. This is a separate business and is not included in your mermazing ticket price.
Although, we do not have and add on facility on Eventbrite, we do offer a mermaid makeover package for children next door to the mermaid show room . You can find out more details regarding the makeovers on our social media platforms , ad can be booked by emailing mermazingmakeovers@gmail.com
Children under 2 go free but must sit on parents lap. Children aged 3 and over must be bought a ticket and will be given a seat . We ask parents to respect the atmospheric nature of the show, and kindly remove any crying, or upset babies and young children outside while the show is in progress.
No, we do not operate a food service, however we will be selling refreshments-slushies, and teas/coffees. There is a cafe and food available next door with our friends in The Ark.
No, similar to theatre, due to various laws concerning the safety of the performers, and property issues with mermazing creators, photography and recording devices are prohibited in the mermaid room while the show is in progress.
