The Midleton Art Market will be held again this year during the Midleton Arts Festival. Come and sell your artwork and meet other artists. The event will take place on Sunday, 26 May 2024 from 11:00 to 16:00 IST.
The Midleton Art Market will be held on Fair Green, The Green, Farmers Market Square where Midleton Market usually happens – next to SuperValu.
Stallholders purchase tickets at €30 fee (plus a small eventbrite charge). This covers the use of the square, advertising, and organisation, plus public liability insurance. Setup is from 9:30, with strictly no admission before that time. There are no tables or gazebos so bring everything you need to display. Walls are reserved for those who need them, mostly for paintings to lean against. The Art Market goes ahead rain or shine so be prepared.
Entrance for the public is free.
STALLHOLDERS: Artists, craft with an arty angle, makers, sculptors. It is primarily an ART market, so we do encourage artists of all levels to participate. Children are welcome and encouraged. There is no fee for children who want to have a small stall.
We have a Green Policy, so it is not for stalls with plastic toys, single use plastic, or re-selling goods. Be mindful that it is an Arts Festival. Thanks!!
The Midleton Arts Festival will run from 23 – 26 May. The festival is a showcase of the vibrant artists community of Midleton and surrounds who come together to present their work, experiment, stretch imaginations and raise the spirits of the local community.
Feel the town buzz the minute you step foot on the street. Expect the unexpected and bring your friends and family along to take part in the many activities. The organisers plan magical events for all ages; an exhibition opening at MyPlace, art workshops with natural materials, exhibitions, talks, music, sound bath, mantras & meditation, drumming circle, poetry, film, bohemian discussions, screenings at the Gate Cinema and the Midleton Art Market on Sunday.

Yes the market place is on one level and has parking directly at the gate.
Your ticket will be automatically refunded on request up to 30 days before the event. Email info(at)midletonartsfestival.com for any questions about refunds closer to the time. Apologies for no refunds any later; payment goes towards insurance, advertising and other costs prior to the event.
The market will happen rain or shine, unless the weather is drastic! In the event of cancellation due to weather, tickets will be part refunded, depending on costs up to the date. It is also likely organisers will move the date to another Sunday and ticket cost will go towards that.
There is a council car park adjacent to Fair Green market place and on road parking. Plus easy access to the market area to drop off your heavy items. Cars can drive in to drop off items between 9.30 and 11.
Children are encouraged to come along, they can share a stall or set up where they would like to. There is no fee for children.
Yes, you can set up a stall with someone else if you feel you don't have enough to sell on your own.
No. Once you have paid your stall holder fee all your sales are your own.
