<P>Migrating from legacy systems to the cloud remains one the most significant challenges and barriers to cloud adoption. This seminar will be lead by Dr Pooyan Jamshidi, a postdoctoral researcher at Imperial College London and a graduate of DCU's School of Computing. Dr Jamshidi will discuss his use of Situation Method Engineering as an approach for identifying migration patterns and planning migrations to the cloud. He will discuss his initial work in a deploying applications in multi-cloud setting before discussing his recent work with IC4 on migrating systems to microservices. <BR><BR>This seminar will:</P>
