Join me for a mindful morning together where we hold space for each other to spend half an hour just 'being'.

About this event

Mornings are silent and therefore a beautiful opportunity to listen and turn inwards. I'm inviting you to tune into yourself and take some time for reflecting. Our calendars can put pressure on us to start doing straight away. Pressing pause to focus and set an intention will help you take the right actions throughout the day.

Join me for a mindful morning together where we will hold a space that welcomes every part of you every week. Without judgement we can become more aware of our feelings, emotions and thoughts.

There is immense power in the language we use and the stories we tell ourselves. What is serving us? What can we let go of? What does our soul tell us when we dream out loud? Powerful questions can help you focus on where you want to go. You have all the resources you need within yourself to reach your full potential every day.

When? 30mins every Wednesday at 8:30am (Irish time)
