About this event

  • 3 hours

This Half Day Retreat is based on the Mindful Self Compassion intervention Developed by Christopher Germer Phd and Kristin Neff. Phd. The purpose of this session is to give participants an understanding of Mindfulness and loving Kindness ,and how developing these skills help us to relate to ourselves with attitudes that promote connection rather than harsh judgement, allowing our wellbeing to flourish rather than flounder. Just as growing Flowers leaves less space for weeds to grow , likewise cultivating positive emotions such as loving kindness leaves less space for negative emotions.
