About this event

This course gives you the practical skills, to reduce stress in your daily home & work life. It is the most scientifically researched mindfulness program worldwide. MBSR was originally designed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979. Only highly trained, qualified professional MBSR instructors can offer it.
