During this day, you will discover via a series of short talks, meditations and mindfulness exercises how to apply mindfulness to every day life so that you can find peace of mind, relieve stress, feel better and become more fully alive to your every day living.
Mindfulness is to be fully present in the here and now and can be easily learnt.
This workshop is limited to small numbers and is suitable for beginners and intermediate meditators.
