Mindfulness, Journalling & Connection
Step away from the noise and gift yourself the inspiration of creative prompts, a space of peaceful reflection and meaningful connecting.
Welcome to our gathering — a gentle pause in your week where you can set aside the busyness of daily life, connect with like-minded people, and be guided through creative and reflective practices. Together, we’ll explore ways of listening more deeply to your intuition through both individual and shared reflections.
Each gathering follows a familiar rhythm, while the exercises, prompts, and themes are freshly curated to keep every session unique and engaging.
Whether you join us regularly or simply drop in when the timing feels right, you will always be warmly welcomed.
This event is designed to help you:
- Reconnect with your present awareness
- Find relaxation and ease in a supportive environment
- Nurture inspiration through mindfulness and creative reflection
- Build meaningful connections with others in a respectful, down-to-earth space
Through mindfulness practices, free-writing invitations, and creative prompts, you’ll have the chance to meet yourself on the page and, if you wish, share your reflections with others. While journalling is deeply personal, there’s a unique alchemy that happens when we listen to one another with openness and respect — often sparking fresh insights and unexpected inspiration.
In a world overflowing with noise and distractions, this gathering offers a mindful, grounded space for your mind, body, and spirit to rest and feel at home. Think of it as a “soft place to fall” — a sanctuary where peace, clarity, and creativity can naturally arise.
Come join us. You can expect a welcoming, safe, and nourishing experience that leaves you feeling inspired, supported, and re-energised for the days ahead.
Practical details:
- Please have pen and paper (and coloured pens, if colour inspires you).
- For everyone’s sense of safety and presence, the waiting room will close shortly after the start time, and we ask participants to keep cameras on during the session.
- If you’d like to know more about the group or future events, you’re warmly invited to get in touch.
We look forward to meeting you.

Some comments from previous participants at Maria's online and in-person workshops:
"Maria is a skilled facilitator who always created a warm, inclusive environment for her online workshops. She obviously put a lot of work into choosing thought provoking topics and resources, providing a variety of modalities for exploration of the ideas generated. Group discussions were well moderated and she held space for all participants well."
"I absolutely recommend Maria's workshops. This is my second one facilitated by Maria and I am very impressed by the way she conducts them. Her lovely warm demeanour creates a safe and nurturing space. The other participants are all so respectful and helpful. There is such a beautiful energy in the room and I attribute this to Maria. Also I have gained beneficial insights into myself that I wasn't expecting. There was also good fun throughout."
(From Longing to Living workshop) "I always find Maria very calm, relaxing. She listens but also offers some very insightful ideas and insights to help look at issues in different ways."
(From Longing to Living Workshop) "The workshop was incredibly helpful for me. It revealed what I need to do step by step and also revealed what my fears are and what I need to do to help consider them on my journey."
"I loved the insights that I learned from the creative exercises. I am not naturally creative and would over analyse. The exercises are timed so that I did not have time to over-think it. The variety of exercises and the interaction with others was a great learning for me."
"Any topic you cover...it's always worthwhile attending your workshops, Maria."
