Get creative and design your very own miniature float for the Well Festival’s Mini Wellbeing Parade! Each float can be calm and peaceful, or bright and full of joy – whatever makes you feel good. Led by artists Eilis O’Toole and Jaki Coffey.

Mini Wellbeing Parade - from 11.15am - parents to join
Following the Mini Wellbeing Float-Making Workshop, the Mini Wellbeing Parade springs to life with a joyful procession of miniature floats, each one a tiny masterpiece of imagination and a personal story of feeling good. Together, they’ll create a miniature celebration of creativity, community and the countless ways we can nurture our wellbeing.
From Réalta Centre for Arts + Health, University Hospital Waterford to the hospital foyer starting at11.15am
This workshop and parade is part of the Well Festival of Arts & Wellbeing celebrating the health benefits of participation in the arts by all. Presented by Réalta (Waterford Healing Arts) in partnership with Garter Lane Arts Centre and Waterford City and County Libraries, the Well Festival champions the links between arts and wellbeing and increases public engagement through a wide-ranging programme of innovative free events for all ages across many art forms, including music, art, dance, film, poetry, theatre and literature.
