Mobility flow is a mobility class with a duration of approximately 60 minutes.
Jason will guide you through sequences of movement & exercise that gradually progress at a pace that enables you to maintain control over your breathing and more importantly, control over your body.
Have you tight hips, a frozen shoulder, a stiff lower back or simply just want to give your body a rest after a long week? Give our mobiltiy flow a try.
What you might like to know about mobility flow:
- If you do not have a yoga mat, we will provide you with one.
- Please aim arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the class to avoid disruption of class.
- This class is not a replacment for physiotherapy & other medical practices.
- Wear comfortable clothing, as your flexibility will be tested relative to your ability.
