The Swiss-Danish guitar duo, Morat-Fergo was founded by classical guitarist Raoul Morat and Christian Fergo in 2014 and we look forward to welcoming them to Castletown during their Irish tour.
This wonderful varied concert programme will feature the famous Overture to Rossini's Opera 'The Thieving Magpie', music by Schubert and by the Tuscan/Hollywood composer Castelnuovo-Tedeco.
They've performed as duo and soloists in many countries across Europe including Norway, Denmark, Germany, Finland, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy and Ireland.
Raoul and Christian will also premier a virtuosic piece written especially for them by Irish composer Martin O'Leary.
The concert programme is approximately an hour and will take the listener through a romantic journey, decorated with sparkling Italian music and a fresh new Irish piece. This event will take place in the Hunting Room, Stable Wing on Friday 14th October at 8pm.
Unreserved seating. Doors open 7.30pm
