Join us on Sat Jun 22 2024 at 08:30 AM at the Sea Rescue Building for a morning of fun, sun, yoga, music, dancing, smiling, sea swimming and good vibes. Whether you're looking to dance, swim, or just chill by the shore, this event is perfect for all beach lovers. Let's make unforgettable memories together at this epic beach party with DJ Dollar, Cathy Healy, Sinead Griffin taking you through morning movers!
We have Yoga, dancing and a dip in the sea on mass to cool down if you wish!
Don't forget to bring your sunscreen, towel, comfy clothes, a yoga mat, water, flask with a hot drink for a cuppa after the the dip or time on the beach after we finish dancing.
