About this Event
Often we rush through life paying little attention to what is going on around us. Our minds are busy making plans, worrying about the future, getting lost in daydreams, or getting stuck in the past. Our Morning of Mindfulness workshops provide a space to slow down and to deeply rest in the present moment. Afterwards, float out the door ready to enjoy the rest of your weekend! Both beginners and experienced mindfulness practitioners are welcome!
To ensure safety through social distancing a maximum of 12 spaces are available for this workshop. If there is any change in Covid 19 restrictions which requires cancellation of this event you will receive a full refund (minus the Eventbrite fee). Also, to ensure you are comfortable and restful during the mindfulness practices please bring your own cushion, blanket and a mat/blanket to lie on (if you wish to lie on the floor for some mindfulness practices).
(COVID-19 symptom screening and temperature check will take place on entering venue to ensure all participants are well).
