About this event
Treat your Mammy to a lovely morning making a stained glass lightcatcher. If your Mam is hard to buy for or "doesn't want anything " then this short taster class could be just the thing.
We will start the class by selecting some precut glass shapes and arrange them into an abstract lightcatcher. Then we will solder the pieces together adding a hook and patina to finish it off.
Your Mam will have had a lovely morning learning a new skill and she'll get to take away a lightcatcher she made herself.
All Mammies and non-Mammies welcome!

Alison ByrneAlison has been working with glass in one form or another since the age of 16. She has a degree form the University of Wolverhampton in Glass Design and has worked in Ireland, the uk and Austraila. She set up WildBird Studio in 2016 when she returned from traveling and has been teaching a very sucessful range of workshops both to the public and to coroprate since.
