MOVE + MEDITATE is a weekly class designed to help you step out of the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself.
We begin with a beginner-friendly mat Pilates flow, focused on strength, stability, posture and mindful movement. This part of the class helps you get out of your head and into your body while building strength in a supportive, accessible way.
After movement, we transition into gentle breathwork and a grounding guided meditation, allowing the nervous system to slow down and settle. This is where the body integrates the movement and the mind gets a chance to fully switch off.
The intention of this class is simple: to give you a space each week to move, breathe, reset and reconnect.
You’ll leave feeling stronger in your body, calmer in your mind, and more centred heading into the week ahead.
