Move & Attune: A Community Conscious Dance Gathering
In nature, we see it everywhere —birds murmurating in the sky,schools of fish moving as one, animals instinctively flocking together.
People carry this same capacity.
When we gather and move together, something powerful happens.
A shared rhythm emerges.
A collective awareness awakens.
Attunement becomes possible.
Through guided and free movement, we’ll practice listening — to ourselves and to the group. You’ll have the opportunity to notice how you respond in a shared space, to learn about your boundaries, and to experience collective attunement in a supportive environment.
This is not about performance or getting it “right.” There is no choreography and no judgement.
Gita Ram and Matt Wasson, both Azul Conscious Movement teachers, will guide a movement warmup. Matt, who has been DJing ecstatic dances in the US for the past 10 years will DJ the set.
