Event description
A 30 min Flow class with a mix of Yoga, Animal Flow, Mobility & Breathwork. Each week will have a different focus & pace.

About this event

Start your hump-day right with a total body mobility flow

Each week will have a different style of flow, to match different phases of your menstrual cycle. Don't worry if you are out of sync with me (or don't menstruate), there is still tonnes of benefits to joining in.

Classes will be recorded and available for playback.

Classes will be donation based with 35% going to Women's Aid, 35% going to UN Women's Afghan Appeal. 

Please note that this class is not suitable for those who are pregnant. These classes will be suitable for those who are 8+ weeks postpartum. Please inform me if you are postpartum.

Sinead is a certified Animal Flow Instructor & Mobility Coach. She is currently undergoing her Yoga Teacher Training Certificate and this class is a way for her to practice her Yoga Teacher Training as part of her mobility classes.
