Come join us for a fun and energetic exercise class designed for mums and their buddies! This in-person event will be held at the Cavan Swimming Pool and Leisure Complex. It's a great way to stay active, meet other mums, and have a blast while working out. This is a 4 weeks course workout runs every Friday morning at 9am.
