9:45 AM: Participate in the Morning Circle - Class Introductions, setting the tone for an inspiring day.
10:15 AM - 11:30 AM: Choose from a selection of wonderful workshops:
Vinyasa Yoga with Fiona Ashley
Gentle Hatha/Yoga Nidra with Corinna Swara
Yoga [General] with Irene Dunne
Okido Yoga with Betty O’Toole
Breathwork in Nature with Natasha
11:30 AM: Quick break for coffee/tea.
12:00 PM - 1:15 PM: Dive into more inspiring workshops:
The Heart in Relationship with Muriel Laradi
T’ai Chi with Regina
Inversions with Fiona Ashley
Somatic Yoga with Clair Lalor
1:15 PM - 3:00 PM: Break for lunch.
3:00 PM - 4:30 PM: End your day with a beautiful Kirtan with everyone Led By Corinna plus the Closing Ceremony.
