This is the third Conference hosted by the South Tipperary Stroke Communication Group. Every year, approximately 7,500 people in Ireland have a stroke. Stroke is the biggest cause of acquired disability and the third biggest cause of death in Ireland. At this Conference you will hear from professionals in the area of stroke and rehabilitation, from survivors and from those who are active in technology developments for those who suffer a stroke or a brain injury.
