An open event arranged for people involved with MUDs (mainly apartments): for residents, owners, OMC directors, renters, service providers.

With the increasing number of multi-unit developments having owners' management companies (OMCs), the Housing Agency is hosting a free evening networking and outreach session for stakeholders.

The event will cover:

• Local networking with other people involved with MUDs and OMCs

• Roles and responsibilities

• Challenges faced by OMCs and managed estates

• Resources available


Evening Programme:

6.30p.m. - Registration and Networking Roundtable (tea/coffee provided)

7.00p.m. - Presentation from The Housing Agency

7.45p.m. - Q&A

8.30p.m. - Closes

Attendance places, while free of charge, are limited. Registration is required.

This is the first of our 2026 MUD Outreach events, with additional sessions to follow in other regional locations in September and October 2026.
