Neuro-Mapping Project Service-Provider Consultation Session

The Neuro-Mapping Project is a joint initiative between the HSE, NAI and DFI that aims to further understand the current pathways that occur between existing and developing community services for adults with neuro-rehabilitative needs in CHO areas 2,3 and 6 by engaging with service-users and service-providers.

This online consultation session is particularly geared towards staff providing community/ outpatient/ ambulatory neuro-rehabilitative services to adults with progressive neurological conditions in CHO 2 (Mayo, Galway, Roscommon). Don't miss this opportunity to share your views and inform the work of the newly established HSE Community Workstream.

*Due to capacity limits, places may have to be limited to one representative per organisation.

Please note that in-patient services are out of scope of this project.
