Neurofeedback Information Evening

At Actualise, we specialise in the provision of Neurofeedback Training and brain optimisation.  Neurofeedback is  intervention which is a way of changing the way your brain works. It does not involve anything invasive – it is based on learning. It is biofeedback for your brain, in which you learn to better control the way your brain works. If we can change how your brain works, this can have an effect on symptoms of difficulties like ADHD, anxiety, depression etc. It can also play a central role in peak performance insports and business.
