Description

This workshop will convene a group of multidisciplinary stakeholders to increase collaboration and understanding of the role of open disclosure in safe performance in healthcare systems.

The day will consist of presentations from Irish and UK speakers on open disclosure, followed by small interprofessional group discussions to establish priority areas for research and education.

CPD points will be available from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) for attendees.

This workshop is funded by a grant from the Irish Research Council Government of Ireland 'New Foundations' Scheme.
