Description
An 8-week Holistic Health Programme incorporating Nutrition and Yoga.
Join us for the full 8-week programme or select to join individual modules. This course is designed to optimize health through nutritional support and incorporate mind/body exercise through yoga. Each week a different aspect of food and nutrition will be discussed and you will receive weekly menu plans and recipes to try out during the intervening weeks. The yoga classes will be suitable for beginners or those out of practice or who have been away from exercise for a long time.Each week you will build flexibility and strength and present moment awareness.

This course will take place in a beautiful light, airy and spacious studio in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Should you choose to join us, you'll be part of a small group (maximum 14) of like-minded people on a similar journey of health and wellness. A supportive and safe community environment in which to share thoughts, concerns and ask questions.

FAQs
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There's lots of free public parking onsite at Shoreline Leisure car park
What can I bring into the event?
A yoga mat, if you like. Otherwise we supply them free of charge at the studio. Wear comfortable clothing.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions

What's the refund policy?
Full refund 1 week prior to start date. 50% refund up to 2 days before the event.
If you miss any of the weekly sessions you can catch up the yoga free of charge at the evening classes on Mondays from 8.30pm, Tuesdays from 6.15pm and Thursdays from 7.15pm.
You'll receive all the nutrition info and weekly menu plans and recipes via email.
I've never practised yoga - is this suitable for me?
The yoga sessions will be accessible to everyone as you will be guided to work at your own level, respecting your own body and limits. Yoga is about moving and feeling your body regardless of how much or how little exercise you have done. You are simply invited to start where you are and ENJOY the process.
