Event description

Description

Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to invite you the first integrated QPS Operations Patient Safety Seminar. These seminars will focus on how integrated and collaborative QPS approaches across Acute and Community Operations can effectively deliver the HSE’s Patient Safety Strategy - and so in turn reduce avoidable harm, while improving quality and regulatory compliance.

This first seminar will explore, using examples, what the policy direction of Sláintecare means for patient safety, the challenges and the opportunities. Set against the context of the shared patient safety priorities in the HSE’s Patient Safety Strategy, colleagues will share their experience of work across boundaries to address issues such as HCAI and falls among others.

The seminar will be of interest to:

  • HSE Health & Social Care Professionals

  • HSE Quality & Patient Safety Professionals

  • HSE Managers

Date: Thursday December 12th

Venue: Robert Smith Lecture Theatre, Trinity Centre for Health Sciences, St. James’s Hospital Campus

Time: 10:00 - 1400

Registration Starts at 9:30am.

Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided

The event is free however advance registration is required via Eventbrite:
