Question 1

Is there a specific topic or theme?

Accepted Answer

Each session usually has a gentle underlying theme, but it’s not something you need to prepare for. You can interpret it in your own way - or simply engage with what resonates in the moment.

Question 2

What kind of event is this?

Accepted Answer

Pause Space is a guided community conversation. It’s not a lecture, therapy session, or debate. Instead, it’s a structured space where people can reflect and hear different perspectives in a respectful environment.

Question 3

Who usually attends events like this?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely anyone and everyone! Typically a mix of people who are curious, thoughtful, and interested in meaningful conversations - students, professionals, creatives, and community members who want to reflect and connect.

You don’t need any background or expertise to join.

Question 4

Is this a mental health or therapy session?

Accepted Answer

No. Pause Space is not therapy and does not replace professional support. It is a community reflection space where people can talk, listen, and connect with others.

Question 5

Do I have to speak or share my thoughts?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You’re welcome to share, but there is absolutely no pressure to speak. Many people attend simply to listen and reflect.
