Breathwork, Performance & Injury Prevention — with Caoimhe

Caoimhe Gibney: Physiotherapist, Somatic & Nervous System Specialist & Advanced Breathwork Facilitator

Physiotherapist Caoimhe will break down the science of breath and its direct impact on:
