First Aid Responder Refresher Training

Duration – 2 Days (9.30am - 5pm each day)

Must have a valid PHECC First Aid Responder Certificate that hasn't expired at the time of the course.

Who Should Attend: The course is designed as a refresher for individuals who have previously finished the PHECC FAR course.

Course Duration: The course runs for 2 days, 9.30 AM - 5.00 PM each day.

Certification: Upon successful completion of this course, attendees will be issued with a certificate from the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC). This certificate will be valid for 2 years from the date of the test.

Delivery Method

The course will have a blended approach:

Day 1 the training will be delivered online via Zoom.

Day 2 will be delivered onsite, as face-to-face training, at our premises.

Prerequisites:

All participants must be fluent in English.

Participants must be in good physical condition to perform CPR and other practical skills, including clearing a choking victim's airway, positioning someone in the recovery posture, and applying bandages to injured limbs.

Refresher Certification – Important Information

Learners must have a valid PHECC First Aid Response certificate in order to partake in this course. PHECC allows a 30-day grace period past the expiry date to rebook the two-day refresher.
