<h3>Organisations that build a compelling and strong experience for their supporters are the ones that will achieve the best immediate and long-term results. </h3><p>Retaining supporters, converting one-off donors to multi-gift donors, getting cash donors to become direct debit donors, or getting direct debit donors to give you a large gift … these are fundamental KPIs that should be part of any fundraising programme. Nonetheless, the success rate of achieving these KPIs will depend on the strength of the relationship your organisation has built with your supporters. To build strong relationships you&#x27;ll need to understand the donor and their needs/expectations — as well as have strong content that serves those needs/expectations. Finally, you&#x27;ll also need a multi-channel deployment strategy, which will create an omnipresence of your message in the donors’ lives, while giving them the opportunity to interact with your organisation in their preferred channel. This approach is long-term and overarching. In this context, it needs resources and commitment from you and all of your organisation — at all levels. Failing to fully engage in meaningful, long-term, and multi-channel donor relationships will affect your revenue. </p><p>During this &quot;<em>Pints with a Purpose</em>&quot; session we will be showing you examples of strong, multi-channel supporter experiences, as well as discussing how your organisation can pull it off yourself. <h3>About The Presenter - Suzanne Cole Nowers  </h3><p>Suzanne is the CEO of Nexus Direct, an award winning direct response fundraising firm with offices in the US and Europe, including Ireland. Over the last 20+ years, she and her team have developed fundraising programmes for some of the world’s most recognised organisations and set fundraising records in the US with their political fundraising practice. Suzanne is extremely passionate about all things fundraising and increasing clients' results through new and innovative methods, tactics and channels but always informed by data and research.  Suzanne is also an active volunteer and recognised thought leader in the global fundraising community, speaking at conferences in Ireland, the Netherlands, Scotland, England, and Slovakia as well as being honoured with the International Fundraising Congress’ George Smith Outstanding New Speaker Award in 2014.</p>
