About this event
This St Patrick's Week we're holding a one-off pizza-making workshop. Our pizza expert will demonstrate how to stretch the dough, add sauce, toppings, & cook the pizza in a wood-fired oven. Pick up some top tips & take part in making your own version of the week's pizza special under the guidance of our chef. Then bask in glory as you sample the special you co-created - or take it home to show it off.

Pompeii PizzaAuthentic wood-fired pizza is what we’re all about. Our pizzas have a light, thin base, baked to order in our hand-built brick ovens. Dough and sauces are handmade in-house daily. We have an extensive menu with new meat and vegan specials weekly. Find us in the award-winning Franciscan Well Beer Garden in Cork city, seven days a week, all year round. Open 4-10pm Monday-Thursday, 3-10pm Friday, 1-10pm Saturday-Sunday.
