Pizza-Making Workshop

Authentic wood-fired pizza is what we’re all about. Our pizzas have a light, thin base, baked to order in our hand-built brick ovens. Dough and sauces are handmade in-house daily. We have an extensive menu with new meat and vegan specials weekly. Find us in the award-winning Franciscan Well Beer Garden in Cork city, seven days a week, all year round. Open 1-10pm daily.

<p>In this pizza-making workshop, our pizza expert will demonstrate how to stretch the dough, add sauce, toppings, &amp; cook the pizza in a wood-fired oven. Pick up some top tips &amp; take part in making your own pizza under the guidance of our chef. Bask in glory when your freshly-baked pizza comes out of the wood-fired oven for you to enjoy. </p><p></p>
