User Experience head honcho, JoeFarr joins us in Room 2 of 39/40 on March 28th for the next of our Platform Presents events.

JoeFarr is widely regarded as a skilled forward-thinking craftsman of electronic music, having flourished quickly since he first emerged in 2011 to become a well-known name within the underground scene, producing unclassifiable electronic compositions as well as some of the most banging dance-floor weapons in techno.

He’s built an impressive body of work, including productions on his own label User Experience, Berghain’s left field leaning Leisure System, Tiga’s TURBO, South London Analogue Material, Soma Records, Eternal Damnation, ARTS, Hypercolour sub label Hype LTD and Power Vacuum which have secured him a reputation as a forward thinking, innovative and inspiring musical talent.

His music has been remixed by heavyweights Truss, Max Cooper, Ansome and Tessela to name but a few, while also having remixed the likes of Neil Landstrumm, Rebekah, Ansome, Ike Dusk, Audion, Zombie Nation, Tiga, Audion and Suuns, collabs with J. Tijn and Martyn Hare.

Known for earth-shattering mutant drum lines and a Bristolian rave/bass sensibility drawing from Dubstep, Jungle and IDM, JoeFarr’s discourse with the outer edges of techno present themselves as some of the most interesting and forward thinking iterations of “functional” dance music to date. We can't wait to see him do his thing on March 28th in 39/40 Room 2.

Also joining us on the night is Ireland's best upcoming DJs and Producers, a man who takes no prisoners with his hard hitting Techno, Bunkerterror.

Bunkerterror has had a meteoric rise, carving his own unique sound of experimental industrial techno he’s become a force to be reckoned with. With 2 brilliant EP’s released in 2019 “Leather Face” “Deadwood”and his latest single released "Slugger”, 2020 is looking like a massive year for the rising star. Also recently playing some huge gigs around Ireland, supporting the likes of KRTM, Dyen and headlining Dali in Cork for Prospekt.
