About this event
In honour of Brigit as patroness of poetry and wisdom, enter into our Oracle tent for a one-on-one with resident poet Osaro who will craft a one-of-a-kind poetic masterpiece just for you.
Irish-Nigerian artist and activist Osaro's work focuses on musical and spoken-word performances hoping to change the experiences of under-represented minorities, through her own brand of “cozy activism.” She is also the founder of the Fried Plantains Collective, which celebrates the voices of Dublin African LGBTQ+ communities.
This event will be taking place as part of our Imbolc Fair. This year, Brigit takes over Meeting House Square for an afternoon of activity embodying the spirit and traditions of Brigit. Welcome Spring with a celebration of Brigit and the traditional festival of Imbolc!
