To attend the event of Porto Aperta is an art experience that offers you an insight into the reality of food production. Food is used as a vessel to give insight in to multiple cultures use of ingredient. This event will tell the history of the tomato , each day two dishes will be served one detailing the tomatoes past and the other the contemporary cultural context of the tomato.
