Practical Self Care online workshop with Gina Delaney from Mental Health Ireland on Friday 7th January at 11am.Together in this interactive workshop we will aim to build knowledge of some key components of self-care and to increase confidence to put them into action. We will do this by shared learning about •	the Five Ways to wellbeing as a coping tool, •	the importance of listening to our emotions, •	what boundaries mean, •	the benefit of mindfulness We will then begin developing our self-care plan.Mental Health Ireland’s vision is for an Ireland where good mental health is viewed as fundamental to overall health and wellbeing. Our primary goal is to promote, support and enhance the mental health and wellbeing of all individuals and communities and to create a culture where people with mental health challenges are respected and supported on their journey of recovery.
