About this event
For all you mamas & mamas to be. I am holding the space for you to connect to self, connect to baby, breathe, move, stretch, strengthen, release, & prepare. I will be guiding you on a gorgeous journey of self- love and self- care through asana and breath. 6 week programme starting 1st Sept. Option to do drop in too.
Thursdays 7pm - 815pm.

I speak from experience... I did not do yoga on my first or second pregnancy but I did on my third pregnancy and my god the difference it made. Not only physically but emotionally and mentally too. It gave me so much more energy. It eased aches & pains. It definatly helped create a beautiful bond between my baby & me. A safe & loving, protected bond. Something that doesn't happen naturally for every woman! Through a consistant yoga practice I was able to transform my Mindset & release any stress and tension from my body. Yoga in pregnancy was a time were I focused soley on me and my unborn baby. It was beautiful. Through weekly affirmations & breathing techniques I was able to birth my baby without pain relief, feeling totally calm, empowered & in control. A totally different experience to my prior first 2 pregnancies.
