In light of this upcoming deadline, this seminar considers the full range of issues relating to the law on the prescriptive acquisition of easements and profits including: </p><ul><li>The new legislative regime </li><li>Is it necessary to take action before 1 December 2021? </li><li>Problems with the Section 49A procedure </li><li>The future of statutory declarations as to long use </li><li>Extinguishment of easements and profits through non-use </li><li>Can the law be amended before the deadline? </li></ul><p>CPD points are available for this event.</p><h3>Speakers and Format</h3><p>The webinar will be chaired by <strong>The Hon.
