We can find ourselves bogged down in our life challenges when we cling to familiar methods that are not yielding our desired breakthroughs. In this workshop, we play with creative thinking tools and reflective exercises and apply them to our everyday life themes. By stimulating our imagination and intuition, these tools can uncover a myriad of possibilities waiting to be explored!

This is an interactive workshop for adults, designed to have us discover together how playing with possibilities can help us find new perspectives and solutions. Be empowered to embrace everyday life challenges with a sense of creativity and fun!

No experience necessary. All you need is curiosity, pen and paper!

Facilitator: Maria King, Guidance Counsellor and Gestalt Psychotherapist

Maria is a Guidance Counsellor and Gestalt Psychotherapist, whose passion is to accompany adults in discovering their unique and creative potential. She has over twenty years’ experience of facilitating groups and individuals to articulate what it is that brings them alive.
