Ireland has come a long way in terms of gender equality, but when only 23% of our TDs are women, it is evident that we still have a lot of work to do. As we come to the end of 2021, this conversation will take us through developments made during the year, and look to the future on what needs to be done where we can truly see an Ireland with full participation by women in Irish politics.
