I've never been to a womens circle, how do I know if this is right for me?

This is a space for all women who wish to reconnect to themselves and other likeminded women in a safe and supportive space. Come as you please, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Is there an age requirement?

These circles are for all women aged 18 -108+

Do I have to share if i come?

You choose what is right for you. You are welcome to come and just listen as much as you are welcome to share. You can choose how you feel on the day, in the moment. There are no requirements or pressure. You are encouraged to stay in your truth, whatever that may look like.
