Rebel Frequencies is proud to announce the newest edition of "Songsmiths", where the audience can experience some of the finest singer songwriters hone their craft in the most intimate of settings on The White Horse stage. We are delighted to welcome Maya Libbey, Conor O'Leary and Aubrey Hennessy for June's showcase.

Maya Libbey grew up in Luxembourg, and is a 21 year old singer/songwriter from Canada and Austria. She currently studies at The Cork School of Music in Ireland.

Maya performs various styles and genres of music, ranging from classical singing, R&B/soul, to pop. She regularly performs in Ireland and Luxembourg.

Conor O'Leary is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Cork. Playing guitar since the age of 8, he has created a style that is uniquely his, telling his stories with raw emotion over carefully crafted guitar arrangements and combining a wide array of influences into one.

He has performed his original music in established venues such as Cyprus Avenue and Coughlan's. Constantly writing, he plans to release his music to the world in the near future.

Cork born, Galway based, Aubrey Hennessy is an independent singer-songwriter whose indie-folk music is composed of nostalgic lyrics and close harmonies with an unmistakable Irish flair.

Taking inspiration from artists such as Lisa Hannigan, Laura Marling and Junior Brother, Aubrey's music is shaped by its raw emotion and honest storytelling.

In 2020 Aubrey released her first single, “Anseo” as Gaeilge, followed by “Plenty Days of Sun” and “Dive Back In”. She is currently working on a very exciting new release which will be free to open ears very soon.
