If so, join me for this small group down-regulation class Wednesday, in person in the beautiful Coogee Yoga Studio (135e Brook St, Coogee). This session will run from 20:00- 21:00.
During this session, we will engage in mindful body checkins and mindful movement ahead of engaging in various Oxygen Advantage breathing practices. Science shows that pairing mindful movement with breathing practices has profound positive effects on physical and mental well-being.
Each session will allow you to achieve a sense of calm in the mind and body. Once this is achieved through movement and breathwork, we will take a deep dive by tapping into our subconcious through meditation.
Let's move our bodies and minds into completely at one state, facilitating improved sleep quality, better emotional regulation, enhanced self-awareness and greater control over stress levels.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class beginning, to allow yourself to wind down in this tranquil setting.
