Event description

Description

The Bear in mind wellbeing and mental health management collective proudly presents our official website launch exhibition in jam park this November 9th.

This is the first in a series of events we will be hosting in the lead up to festival season 2020 to start spreading much needed mental health and wellbeing awareness to all those involved in Irelands creative industry such as festival staff, management, punters and artists from multiples disciplines.

Bear in mind will cover a wide range of activities and topics such as panel discussions, poetry, spoken word, Art, Music and activism to show how we as members of the creative industry can create an environment where we make the mental health of everyone involved in the scene a key component of how we operate but also how the individuals themselves can manage their own wellbeing on a daily basis and how they can use their art and position's within the industry to bring about awareness to our community and the public.

Also on the day, we will have an art exhibition and market stalls with limited edition prints/merchandise to kick start our business so we can offer discounted workshops and confidential financial support to artists should they be in need of some assistance in the future.

The event will be hosted by Emer O' Connor from Red panda Radio on the Bear in mind website and the entertainment, art and merchandise on the day will be provided by
