Recovery Strategies for Women in Sport
Laois Sports Partnership is delighted to provide this online workshop in partnership with EduFIT.
This 1-hour live online workshop will be delivered by Dr Diane Cooper (Clinical Exercise Physiologist) and Ruth Kavanagh, MSc. ANutr (Registered Associate Nutritionist) and is aimed at women in sport who would like to learn more about how they can optimally recover from sport. This workshop is full of evidence-based information presented in a simple and practical manner, with lots of examples and take-home resources, and will be delivered online via Zoom.
This workshop is also important for people who support women in sport including coaches and female liaison officers.

Online Workshop
This course will be delivered online via the Zoom platform. Laois Sports Partnership will send you reminders of the booking in the leadup to the event. Please email info@laoissports.ie if you do not wish to receive these emails. Login details will be emailed to all participants in advance of the training. Zoom can be downloaded for free to your device from the following link: https://zoom.us/download.
If you haven't used Zoom before, don't worry. We will explain the basic functions at the start of the workshop.

What's the refund policy?
If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend, please notify the LSP office on 057 8671248 and we will endeavour to transfer your booking or issue a refund.
